'First Step' is a website that we developed for a client who owned a retail store for baby products. Our website had all the necessary information desired by a customer. We did substantial research about popular retail websites to conclude how customers behave. Most people went through the same products constantly and did not buy. Our website had a feature embedded that automatically sent those customers a mail that included information about the particular product and possible price reduction. The website we built solved all the problems that our client's company was having. The cart abandonment rates went down drastically because all the customers were already aware of the deals available on the products in their cart. We equipped our website with automated features that informed customers about the existing discounts, cashback, and products going 'out of stock' through emails. Our website has amplified and improved customer experience and, in the process, boosted sales.
